BBAE has been a long-term idea to start making agility equipment from aluminium. Since I have attended club training and trials I have noticed that the equipment has been heavy built with most members struggling to carry, lift and move the equipment without help from multiple capable lifters. With this in mind I have had my 'thinking cap' on and come up with ideas that have been welded together to create what I now have available for purchases.
No more worries about rust!
Please note that the equipment has been made in consideration for appropriate dog use and to be able to take the weight and impact. Aluminium is quite a soft metal and I have had to brace and support the equipment as best as possible for this. In so, the weight in some equipment may not be as light as what we hoped for, but the first priority is for the safety of the dog and durability for the equipment to last many years.
The equipment has been made from 100% aluminium and based on the ANKC standard, being hand made there may be a slight difference in sizing [eg. +/- 1cm (10mm)] but I do aim for best perfection to suit the ANKC standard. Please let me know if your requirements are 'absolute'.
Our standard colours are Blue and Yellow with a sand texture finish, we can do custom colours - please contact us to discuss as there is an additional fee.
Turn around time is about 90 days from deposit, if flow of work is high, you will be notified before hand. Please understand making these equipment is a side line business.
DELIVERY: Come and collect for free. Or pay a courier at buyers expense. Or we will deliver at an additional agreed price.
